We accept all major credit cards for payment, which is due at the time of service.

Insurance

Dr. Zarkar is an out-of-network provider. While we do not participate in any insurance plans directly, patients with out-of-network benefits may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement from their insurance company.

Please note that we do not accept Medicare patients, even for self-pay arrangements. This is due to Medicare regulations.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a charge for the full session fee.
